How we describe AI in our work

Insta Auto Solutions LLC builds AI-assisted automations, website assistants, and data systems. We describe these systems as assistive tools that prepare, route, and organize work — not as autonomous decision-makers for important outcomes.

Human review of important decisions

Every system we build includes a defined point where a person reviews, approves, or can override the automation before an important action is finalized. We do not build systems that make medical, legal, lending, credit, hiring, or employment decisions on their own.

Scoped data access

Each workflow is given access only to the data required for that specific task. Access scope is documented in writing as part of every project we deliver.

Model training

We do not use customer data submitted through this website to train AI models unless the business owner explicitly approves that use in writing for a specific project.

Limitations

AI systems can produce incorrect or incomplete output. We test workflows against real examples before launch and document known limitations, but we do not claim any AI system is error-free.
